Seasons greetings, I've had a few enquiries recently on how I make my veneered 360 herringbone blanks so have decided to make a file. Between my strong Yorkshire accent and the local accent communication was interesting to say the least! I was working on chemical plants at Ardeer, which meant interacting with the "real" locals. It took fully 3 months before we could gave a meaningful conversation without the "head nodding" which meant "I haven't the faintest idea about what you said". For example, it took a while to understand what a "big yin' is
