What are you working on?

I have been working on my version of a cheap rose engine. I crudely built it and it worked, so now I am refining all of my specifications. Not a large one but one that can be put together for around a $100 or less and will fit in a 12"×24" space.

It is part of my miniature home shop project. I figure I can store both the Rose Engine and my Taig in 2 small suitcases. Then carry them outside to destroy perfectly good wood.

Well I enjoy the game of golf and they were trimming branches etc. Well this was part of a 12 inch branch in length and about 5 inches round. Well I cut it yesterday and found out the middle of it was very fragile and obviously rotten. Well, since being new and not know what I'm doing, I decided to harden the blanks I made with SG and let them dry out. So after about 8 hours of letting them sit, I decided to turn etc. Well I had many blow outs due to the wood being fragile and rotten that I kept gluing the wood and this is what it looks like after it wad all said and done.
