I turned the blanks I showed a couple of days ago and don't think that the Palm in the two on left was a good idea at all.
Well, the coconut palm was a mistake.

Palm is tough to begin with.
Hi Alan,
I have never tried Coconut Palm, but I have turned black palm and red palm, that was not too bad. Interesting grain though. I know in India people use Coconut palm for paneling on walls and that looks amazing.
One day I will try segmenting. Lots to learn.
