I'd go for a Gentlemen's Pen in gold. I got a couple of alternative ivory from Ed and it turns beautifully and has remarkable depth. I've made a couple of Gentlemen's in Holly, and it's advantage is that it shows off the material in a very dramatic way. Enjoy it!
