Dear friends of the SoCal Turners Expo:
First, we would like to thank you for your continuing support and willingness to join our turning family by supporting our event. As you can imagine, we have put in an enormous amount of effort to make this expo special. Unfortunately, there are many obstacles out of our control which is why we are postponing the 2022 SoCal Turners Expo.
But here's the good news! The new dates for the expo will be July 2 – 3, 2022.
Although many of our vendors and guests are local to Southern California, some were planning to travel and fly in for the event. Due to the spike in COVID-19 cases, we do not feel comfortable asking our guests, vendors or sponsors to subject themselves to an unsafe situation. There are also many state and county restrictions that we felt would hinder our experience together. The safety and comfort of our guests, vendors and sponsors is the top priority for us.
Changing our date has come with its own challenges and expenses, but there are many ways you can help. Tickets for our new dates are available for purchase on our website: SoCalTurnersExpo.com. Merchandise is also available along with our 'friends of the expo' donation link, which you can find under the 'Store' tab and on the homepage of the website. If you have already purchased tickets to the February date, please check your email inbox for more information.
Although we are sad to not see everyone in February, we want to share some exciting plans for July. Our new SoCal Turners Expo 2022 will be presented by Rockler. Having Rockler on board will add unique demonstrations, additional top-tier vendors as well as cool swag for each guest to take home. We hope you will join us in welcoming Rockler to our Turners Expo Family.
