Hello there!

I have recently got one of my pens back from the customer, because of black spots that appeared on metal parts. The pen was made like two months ago. Have you ever seen something like this? After so much time? Thank you gor any experience shared.

Most definitely , have never seen anything like that . Do you have any more of those kits in stock ? Check with the supplier to see what he says about it .
The spots appear very round , Anything spilled upon the pen would run , I think . No obvious spots on the wood ?
Can`t think of any pre-finish coating operation with the components that could cause it either .
Previous customer ? His occupation ?

That's strange alright. The metal looks dull? Never seen that on any metal that I recall. And the wood looks fine. Please update if you find the cause.

Looks like the plating has failed, and the substrate is corroding. Suggests seriously defective production.

Which kit (specifically) was this?

I suggest complaining to the supplier.

I managed to destroy a few gold plated components by exposing them to the fumes given off when CA glue cures - and they were fairly pricey kits, I don't think it was poor plating that was to blame.
