RANT - Horrors dealing with the Attorney General

You need to get a family law attorney to take care of it for you. The court that signed your divorce decree still has jurisdiction to handle issues related to the divorce -- called continuing jurisdiction.

I wouldn't recommend that you spend any more of your time calling the AG's office. They are not there to help you. Neither should you write them a letter.

Help your attorney by putting together all of your documentation supporting the payments that you've made, and set out all of the dates/times of the phones calls.

Good luck.

Good for you Dario, stick to your guns and keep a stiff upper lip, I'm not sure what all that means or that will help, but honest hit men are hard to find and nearly as hard to find as honest divorce lawyer.
I thought my ex was bad, she came after me after the guy she married dumped her. Can't say I blame him, I'm just glad we didn't have kids.
Your Ex wasn't named Rachel was she??
