If you're a regular customer, call. Always a good experience and I always get good results. Can't say that for others. I've dropped close to $4000.00 with PSI (through November) this year. Some use others but my success rate with issues for PSI far out weigh the others. Some will say they've gotten great results with others, but that's not my experience.

Same...never had a bad experience. If I ever needed a part, twist, anything...If they could accommodate they did. They know how to keep a customer. I passed by PSI weekly for a long time... I'd stop in to browse and chat. It is a toy store.
