Anyone besides me having problems accessing Rizheng's website, penkitsmall.com? My computer returns a 403 Forbidden Error and my phone returns a SSL error and says a secure connection cannot be made.

Try adding /index.php to the end of the domain. The link below has that added.
www.penkitsmall.com

I added the www. to the penkitsmall.com then it registered.

Adding the WWW did it. Don't know why my shortcut button wouldn't work.
