If we don't hear from the stragglers soon, they'll just have to be fit in wherever, if and when they finally commit.
We're always chasing down a few this late in the planning stages, and they've had two months to get back to us...so I wouldn't worry too much about it, Chuck.
I've received Alumilite internationally...but that was a few years ago...
If an international member wins the sat city set, can we substitute an iap patch signed by Jeff or something like that, for the aerosol? Otherwise, allocation may be difficult...
Just received this from Craig (clapiana)

I am going to suggest we hold some in reserve to substitute for the glue or alumilite prizes if someone over seas wins those prizes. Since the Alumilite is $20 dollar value the bottle stopper samplers and Pizza cutter kit would substitute nicely. We could combine some of the others to cover the $40.00 value of the glue package.
Jeff we will need a list of prizes posted that you received for redistribution so we can contact you instead of the donor.

I have a correction on the Gift Certificate from Little Machine Shop. Cheryl Kubiak is sending a hard copy GC with catalogs.
Jeff, you told me to keep it then send it to the winner when the time comes. I can mail it to you if you prefer now.I have a correction on the Gift Certificate from Little Machine Shop. Cheryl Kubiak is sending a hard copy GC with catalogs.

OK! Am I to determine prize preferences by first to reply? i.e. one prize value is $50.00 and, the other $25.00Jeff, you told me to keep it then send it to the winner when the time comes. Jeff here is the current list I have for your selections for either the auction or DD which ever you decide to do with them
I didn't see the pen I offered with the magazines it is featured in. If it's not needed, that's ok. It is the cherry pit pen I took 2nd place wtih in the Best of IAP contest along with the Pen World magazine and the Woodturning magazine it was in.
Jeff, here is what I have right now. email info@metalpenblanks.comDo we have a contact at Metal Pen Blanks. Looking for a photo of their 10 M3 blanks for the DD.
Also "vanngo5d" for a custom blank? Any clue on what that is?
