apparently there was another instance a day or so ago. Woman pulling a prius down a driveway, suddenly sped up and hit a stone wall.

Maybe Toyota should install a CTRL + ALT + Delete keys on the steering wheel, so the owners can reboot the vista software. Sounds like it's not compatible with the hardware..... LOL, Sorry I just had to go there...

Maybe Toyota should hire Apple to use OSX instead of whatever Windoze crap software they're using and then there would be no need for a CTRL + ALT + Delete sequence in the first place!

I never thought I'd see the day that Toyota's name was tarnished. Do you all remember when this same thing happened to Audi in the 80's? It nearly put the company out of business.
