Hi fountain pen experts, I've been going through old stuff and came across these old fountain pen parts. Must be 10-14 years old. I'm just getting started with trying to make Kitless pens. I must have thinking about that when I purchased this stuff many years ago. Then life happened and years later and retirement, I want to try kitless. Must have been some sort of a group buy here. Is the stuff worth keeping and using? I think Heritage is gone now. I don't know what brand the nibs are that just have a pen and quill engraved on them. Joro and Bock seem to be the go to for bespoke pens these days.

I think what you have there is Heritance and not Heritage. Search that for the nibs. Classic Nib sells them. They are typically replacement nibs for the Jr. pen kits. The Dayacom nib probably came from a Jr. kit of some sort. The converters are squeeze-style converters.

I don't know the size of the nib housing threads, but those with housings/feeds can be useful to learn with if you can build a section around the housing dimensions and threads. They look similar to the Bock housing, but I am not 100% sure.

I see you are planning to order tooling in the Tapco group buy. With the M13 and M14 sets you plan on ordering, I would suggest trying a Jowo #6 or Bock #6. I believe some of the nibs you posted are #6, but many are also #5 and may appear undersized on the pen.

Exotic blanks have a Heritance #5 nib in their lineup. You'd have to ask Ed if they are the same as the ones you show.

You do have a couple Schmidt nibs with the ink system attached. They are a good German brand of nib and are medium tips (the M inside the circle square engraving). They will take some researching to figure out how to incorporate them into a pen. I wouldn't be upset with you one bit if they turned up in my mailbox along with the squeeze bulb converters. ;)

I just spoke with Ed from Exotic Blanks on the phone. He has a plethora of information on the items pictured as well as many other questions I had for him. A big thank you to Ed!
