I have always admired wood rings, (but worry of future cracking due to usage, moisture, water exposure, etc). Your's is superb.

Very nice! I love that you made a custom box as well. Curious how you did the felt inserts for holding the ring. I've been playing around with custom pen box ideas, and have been mulling over how to do that for a custom pen holder inside the boxes. Have not yet figured out a way that I really like, with regards to holdign the pen nicely and still looking good.
