Greetings,
While stationed in Japan with the USAF a friend of mine introduced me to pen turning. Funds were tight and space was limited so I was unable to start doing things myself. Fast forward 14 years and I am retired, have the workspace and tools that I have finally started making pens for myself and friends. I have learned over the past year that this hobby is quite expensive but fortunately for me I have the funds necessary to keep going. In the past year I would guess that I have turned over 100 pens. Most I still have due to lack of confidence that they are a good product but some I have indeed sold. A member here (that I met on a FB group) Brian Frame pointed me the direction of this website stating that it have a ton of knowledge available and that if I didn't find the answer somewhere in the forums that I could ask. He stated that many members are not only knowledgeable but kind.

I look forward to seeing what this page and members have to offer in terms of knowledge and expertise. Thanks for allowing me on board.
