I could make the same cuts with my regular bandsaw sled, BUT !!! My chevrons are military chevrons and they are curved!!!

This got me thinking and I made some test cuts on my regular bandsaw segmenting sled for chevrons . So far looks very promising.

That second one ids perfect for making celtic knots. Only thing it needs is a stop.
