I am trying to trim the 90 degree corners off of some square acrylic blanks and/or wooden ones. Has anyone made a jig to do this or seen where I could information on such? My idea is to make something adjustable for different size blanks that slides in the miter slot on one of my bandsaws, I...

I am not one that really enjoys turning an acrylic pen but I love the way they look and the variety they give... I have not done that many sicen I love to use "finds" of different woods... Here are three acrylics using the Wall Street and Hart kits...

...another one to add to my collection of "personal pens" that I give away when somebody admires it. I missed the fit between the lower barrel and the nib by a bit. Nonetheless, I'm enchanted by the final look of these acrylics. I don't know what I'm going to do with all these wood blanks.

After ruining four blanks and one set of brass tubes. It's not perfect. I took a divot out of the lower barrel trying to hurry removing the milling edges. Back to the drawing board. Regards, t.

Where can I find an acrylic stand to hold a desk set consisting of a pen, a magnifying glass, and a letter holder made from PSI designer series so I can photograph them as a set? Does any one in the forum make custom stands? Thank you.
