Well, things didn't turn out like I had hoped. I went against my better judgement and used a stabilizer that was around 6 years old. It is a pre-mixed resin and had never been opened. Cycled them bake-cool several times, increased heat and time each time, but still wet. Oh, well, thankfully I have more cobs!
 
I've had a similar problem.
If I'm not sure if my Cactus Juice is still good, I'll put about 1 ounce in a small disposable plastic cup and put this in the oven at the curing temperature. If it hardens, great. If it doesn't contact Curtis and he will send you a link to order more catalyst to add to the non hardening juice.
I've done this several times.
