My wife needed a pen in Mint Green for a Birthday Gift for a fellow Teacher. After searching all the usual places unsuccessfully, I purchased a Cool Mint Water blank from Bear Tooth Woods. After drilling I sanded and polished the hole. Then back painted the hole with the color I needed. I also mixed some of the paint into the epoxy. The Water series blanks are very clear and I plan to use for some kitless pens in the near future. You loose their beauty turned thin in a kit but it does let you get that elusive color. The kit is a Chrome Graduate Rollerball. I shortened the cap a bit to get the clip to just land on the bottom ring.
