Happy to be in the club. The Dayacom Jr. Series rollerballs have been the main staple in my pens but I often run into the threads sometimes cross threading and deforming. I'm familiar with screwing the caps on properly but some of my clients aren't so delicate. Anyone else out there experiencing something similar?

Welcome from Texas. I don't have any experience with the Dayacom, but I have had other people who have my pens pulling off the caps when they are actually screwed on.

Welcome Phil to IAP. There are a couple of people in the Jackson area that come on here occasionally, and a few across the State.

Greetings from Nebraska and welcome to the IAP community. I had someone recently that couldn't figure out why the magnetic cap on the pen I handed them wouldn't unscrew. :D - Dave

Welcome from NC! You can't control what the customers do to them, but if something gets cross threaded, I'd rather it be with plastic than metal on metal.
