YOu might consider the stretch pen from LauLau woodworks, I prefer the twist version and the transition from body to nib. Just my humble opinion.

Mark: Sheesh. It is a little expensive to make these, isn't it. Just to start a 10.5 mm drill bit is needed. you might as well get the right sized bushings and then there is a accessory kit - what's that?The cost per pen goes up up up.

The accessory kit at CS is just the bushings and the drill bit. Personally this is in the same class as the Jr Gents.. Uses the same drill bit and ink refill... So the price is high, but about what I'd expect (until some others start competing).
