For those of you not familiar, VisExp also runs a online storefront that sells primarily African woods. I ordered the 2nd time on the 30th of June and everything was promptly shipped the next day, or so we both though. Fast forward two weeks and USPS still had no idea what happened to my order. It normally doesn't take more than a day or two for flat-rate to get from Florida to Alabama. I contacted VisExp and explained that I hadn't seen the package yet around ten days later. He quickly offered to send out a replacement package, but I deferred due to the 4th.

For some unknown reason, it finally showed up today in Huntsville. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and constant contact updating me on the status. Great vendor!
