Yahoo E-Mail Down?

Attempted to send some E-Mails about 30 min ago and in the middle of posting the e-mail got sent with-out me sending then could not log on to e-mail. Tried from both lap-tops and desk top PC all three can-not log on to E-Mail to recive or send get error code 999.Anyone else having E-mail problems with Yahoo?

I got a run time error the other day on yahoo mail, needed files for school work and it screwed me over messing up my grade, grr!
