I bought a knife from them for my dad as a retirement gift, but they are out of these pouches. I'd really like to find one like it. I'd prefer it to be leather, but if not that's fine. Everyone here is so resourcefull and you've been able to guide people to things of all sorts that I just had to ask. Thanks.

Have you checked Lou's website, or maybe Anthony's? I believe that they sell some kind of pen pouches.

For future reference I thought I'd go ahead and post what I have found.

The case that I'm looking for is more commonly refered to as a "Watch Taco". They were designed to be used for watch storage, but have gained popularity for a lot of other things. Once I did a search for watch taco, I got a bunch of hits. There are some really nice watch taco cases out there. Just so you know.
