work bench on wheels

I've got unexpected 2 weeks off from work, so thought I'd build new bench on wheels for my pen turning. I could use some ideas on the set up. I have 2 lathes, one setup to drill blanks the other for turning. I would like both mounted on top. The size will be
60" long 37" high with wheels and 28" wide. $150.00 to spend (christmas money).
