i got a few kits off them a while back but i couldn't understand how the kits ended up $1 more each. think it was $10 more than what it should have been
 
no, i should've said something but thought maybe there was a valid reason for it. I haven't ordered from them since
 
I'm sure it was a mistake and would try them again. I've never had a problem out of them, shipping is fast, good people.
 
I for one have ordered from them many times and only one problem that was taken care of very quickly. They have very good customer service. If they do not know of a problem someone is having, how can they fix it (and they will qoickly)
 
I have used Woodturningz several times. I have been relatively pleased with their product (except the black slimlines that were the freebie from 2008's sale). Good folks and easy to work with too.
 
Looks like a good sale to me. If I hadn't spent all of money on blanks in the classifieds here, I would order some things from the sales listings.

I've also had good luck ordering from them. The PSI kits aren't always the best, but some of their kits are really good.
 
Ive ordered many times from them and never had a problem. Always quick shipments and great customer service. I like that they will call me back if they are tied up when I call.
 
Rayn and Fritz are very good sale person and look after they customers bought several pen kits and other things all good services , I did have 1 problem once and 1 email was enought to solve this matter, will order again from them
 
I like Woodturningz. And Ryan as well. When I need something specific I can always call him and let him know what I want and they will hand select blanks etc if needed. He once shipped some pen kits that where supposed to be Ti gold I think but the wrong nibs had been added to the bag by the manufacturer. I received a replacement nib without ever even knowing there was a problem. Basically some of the best customer service I have seen by any supplier. You just don't hear about them that much.
 
Ryan and the rest of the crew at Woodturningz are the best. I have been using them for a long time I have only had two small problems with them and both were resolved very quickly with a phone call.
 
They are as fast getting orders out as you could want. Usually 2 days from time of order. They are super service oriented and handle problems effortlessly. Ryan and his staff are always helpful and really know what they are talking about. I can highly recommend.
 
I buy all of my PSI kits from Woodturningz.. never had any problem with sales, orders or such.. a year or so back, they tried to switch one of their vendor/suppliers from China, but quickly decided the quality wasn't to their standards and switched back... I bought a few of the slimlines they were closing out at nearly nothing per kit. Found out the refills had a tendancy to leak... mentioned it to them and they offered to replace. I declined because it would have cost them more to replace the refills than I paid for the kits, plus I already had a supply of replacement refills.

They are very very good to work with and I will order from them again when I need kits.
 
I've ordered from Woodturningz many times and their service is among the best in the business. When I have had a problem, it has always been reconciled quickly and completely to my satisfaction.

I buy almost exclusively from Woodturningz. I usually talk with Ryan or Beth and they have always treated my students and me with the best sales available. A couple of times we have forgotten to order something, I call them first thing in the morning and both times the kits were at school the next day! They are super concious of their service. If you had a problem and didn't talk with them, they can't fix it or help make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. Just spen 314.00 with them on their sale.
