I attempted a half a dozen times in the last couple of hours to get on their site. I get an HTTP Error 404.

I was able to get on their site this morning. Is anyone else having trouble?

He's got some sort of problem, but if you go into the search line and delete everything after the / following woodturningz.com the site will come up... I was giving the link to our new member from Sweden and that's what I had to do to get it live...

When you try to open the woodturningz site, you should see this in the address bar across the top of your search screen... at least this is the url I get.... I just double click after the aspx to open the address bar and then back space to the / between .com and slimline... then enter again... should open the site for you... does for me.

this line has an error of some sort in it...

It looks like some of the page names have changed. If you bookmark a page please remember that if the page name changes, you may get that 404 Error.

In some web sites they install a custom 404 Error page that takes you to the main page.
 
I just clicked on our Links button at the top and then clicked vendors. They are listed on the second page. Got them without any problem.
 
That is funny I just got off the phone with a friend and we were talking about woodturningz.We are going to try and get up there for a chapter meeting.I was just going to check out the site.Thanks for the link. Todd

Hi Todd - I'll see you at the meeting on the 13th!

Thanks to those of you that let us know that our site was down today - Our ISP had a problem with the server that they didn't know about until we reported it - But they had it back up & running at about 4pm EST today -

Randy (tech info here)- Due to issues with IIS a custom 404 isn't available for our site - However all of the old pages that we've deleted have a static "it's moved page" - The problem is that all pages were returning with the 404/Page not found error due to a hiccup on the server.

Also - a great page to bookmark is http://www.woodturningz.com/WeeklySpecials.aspx as we update this page every 2 weeks (usually) - it's a great place to see the goodies that we have on sale.. Speaking of which - If you're still up - it will be updated in the next couple hours - if not.. It will be by the time you wake up! (watch out for the incredible "Spalted hackberry Exhibition Grade" as we only have 26 pieces of it!)

Sorry for any inconvenience that our outage today may have caused!
