I did business with Woodturningz at the beginning of the year when they had their New Years special running. Got awesome service, quick shipping etc.

I was fortunate to win a trivia prize donated by Woodturningz and thought I'd get some Orion kits to try. Placed my order yesterday with them and between Ryan and Fritz they sent me a confirmation note, had it packed and shipped before I had even made payment!

They also went to the trouble of working out the best shipping for me.

I can only say good things about these guys.

I recently had an order with them and was extremely happy with the service I got. They'll be my main supplier now.
 
I recently ordered with them and ordered some of the PSI kits and got a great discount off of PSI's normal price. Fritz was great to work with. I had to wait a few days for PSI to ship to them because they were not kits normally carried by Woodturningz, but once they received the product and billed me, shipping from them to me was extremely fast - just like the other times I have ordered from them.

Have used them for 2 years they are just great. FYI they have most of what PSI has and for less they dont list all the stuff on the site . Just give them a call. Beth handles the phones. They just dont sell they turn also

Ditto for me, thay've bailed me out more than once. Christmas they got stuff from PSI to them, then me faster than I can get it straight from PSI
 
I placed an order with Woodturningz for almost $1000.00 for a corporate order I got. I was significantly unimpressed with their customer service to the point that I deleted the book marks and will never use this company again. To make matters worse, once I got the order two of the types of pen kits gave me trouble. I had to glue them together because they wouldn't press fit properly.

Sorry to hear that - hope that doesnt happen again as I quite enjoy the service I've been getting from them.
 
I agree with the kudoos to WT. I use them quite regularly. Any issues I have had are quick to be resolved. In one instance I even got an unexpected call from Ryan asking me what he could do to make things better for my situation. I order and know I normally will get the items in 2 days. I also know what I order on their site is in stock and I won't get an invoice telling me "sorry, out of stock" when it was showing in stock when I placed the order. WT has always been my goto place when I need something quick and at a decent price.
 
I worked with Fritz in getting the certificates out from the Birthday Bash. Once they got the emails it was like same day the winners had their codes for the $25 cert. I thank them personally for the quick service and donating to the BB..
