I would like to say thanks for the great service. At the recommendation of others on this site I placed an order Friday night. It was delivered today. I did not expect it till around Thursday of this week. I did not realize they are less than 200 miles from me.

I agree that their service is outstanding. I have received a few cigar pen kits with missing or damaged parts, and replacements were sent immediately. Service and prices are exceptional.

I use them too. Best prices I've found, fast shipping, never any problems. My one gripe is that they don't have a large selection of high-end kits. But they're great for beginners!

I agree that their service is outstanding! However, I do not think they sell PSI kits. If I am right, that's a little misleading.

What brand are the Euro kits? I did not receive any instructions. They did not look like the platings offered in the PSI catalog.

They are PSI kits. You can either use the instructions from PSI or email Tracey and she will give you a link to her sight with the instructions. The tenon is easier to do with the PK-Mont Designer bushing that she sells. You can still do it without the bushing just need to have some calipers handy.
