I sent this email to WW. As of yet no response. Has anyone else had luck getting in touch with them?

Checking to see if this is still a valid email address for you. The 800 number you used to have forwards immediately to what sounds like a scam site, and there is no Contact Us option on your web site that I can find.
Would like to order from you again, however, need to know if I can get in touch with you if necessary. Thanks.

I had a special need for an inlay and when I contacted kallenshaanwoods they were more than receptive to change an existing inlay to suit my needs. Send them an email describing what you would like to have them make and see if they will accommodate you.

Hi There. We have moved to another state and had lots of changes. If you need to call you can use 417-291-7719 that will be Tim. We are still in business, just scaled down quite a bit. I'm not sure what happened to the email woodnwhimsies@woodnwhimsies.com should still be valid
