Wood Species List???

I saw somewhere before a listing of all the species of woods in the world. I don't think it was here. I think there were over 4000 species. The list had something about the woods, but not much. It was more of an ID listing than anything else. I could really use this list right now, but naturally, cannot find the link anywhere. Does anyone have a link like this?

no, not hobbithouse. I have that one and it IS nice. This was more or less just a "chart" listing of woods. Seemed like something from an agency like USGS or something along those lines.
