Wood ID

Does anyone know what species this is? I think it is crab apple. But I am not sure. A friend of my brought it to me a while back and I left it in the yard to spalt. I just cut it last night. I plan to post it in the classifieds if anyone wants any of it. Thanks

Look at this Apple I milled up about two months ago.Its Apple for sure but looks like a regular Apple tree to me or a large crab(how big was the log?).

It was about 8 to 9 inches in die maybe 12 at the base. So it is looking like apple for sure. Thanks
