Woo Hoo.... I'm an international player now!
Last week I got an inquiry about some of my pens on my website from an individual in Hong Kong. I didn't think too much of it since they picked most of my high end pens and wanted to switch all of them to fountain pens, including two 18k nibs then wanted one custom configuration. I responded with exactly what I would do and gave them exact prices and shipping. The next day I get a Paypal notice that an "E-check" was pending authorization then this morning, four days later, I have the funds in my account.
The good thing is that I wasn't charged the normal 3% Paypal fee because they used the E-check instead of a credit card.
So today I'm tickled pink, my highest priced pens to date were sold, my highest combined total sale to date and an international order all at once! Those who say websites aren't worth the trouble, please reconsider. I never saw this coming!
Boy, this wine tastes much better than it did yesterday!
