Greetings
I made a wire bending jig to improve my wire clips. I watched some vids on YouTube that use nuts and bolts. I tried using a grade 5 bolt but machining didn't yield good results. Then the light bulb in my brain went off, dimly. Why not turn the stationary part? I used the nut because I can turn it with a wrench when bending. The aluminum center part has two 0.125 dowel pins pressed in. The spacing is about 1/16" for the wire. The nut sits on a shoulder. The nut is a 5/8 and the Al is turned down for a slip fit. They are easy to make, I made another with a 3/4 nut turn bend 0.09" wire.
