Why does only Richmond, VA show up in the Forums Menu?

Just curious, why does Richmond show up as a sub-forum of the Local Chapters in the main menu Forum drop down. Or, said the other way, how come the rest of the Local Chapters don't show up there too?

Curious minds want to know. :redface:

I have excluded the specific local chapter forums from the drop-down menu because it just makes the thing take up the whole screen. I have to do that exclusion manually, by entering the forum number in the exclusion list. When I added the Richmond forum, I neglected to add it to that list. Simple error on my part.
