My nieghbor recently spotted a big limb down beside a church parking lot.So what,you say,no big deal.Well that is what I would think too, except it has a burl on it the size of a basketball or bigger.Not sure what it is though.Anyway they dragged off the lot onto the side of the road.Is it fair game?Am I to assume no one wants it?What would you guys do.Take it or ask someone at the church?Like I said it is no longer on church property but on the side of the road.I think it would be a crime to let it go to waste.

True its fair game once at the road, but was it put there on purpose for someone else to pick it up? I would simply ask one of the Elders, Deacons or pastor. They probably would love to just get rid of it, but this way you wouldn't feel guilty.

Went back up there right after your first post Dario got there about 7:45 my time,it's only 2 minutes from here.Asked the lady at the church she said take it.So I already had the chainsaw running as I was asking her,hehe.Could'nt tell much about it till I got it home.It is Walnut.Fer sure.
