They also own Porter Cable and Delta! Plus they are currently under contract to make Craftsman lower end power tools.

Been that way for quite some time. It took me by supprise when they bought them.

Makes it kinda funny how everyone was dogging the B&D Firestorm series as opposed to Dewalt (in a different post) when they are both made by the same company. Kinda like saying GMC is better then Chevy.

Just because they're owned by the same parent company doesn't mean they are manufactured in the same facility. They are still produced in their own factories. B&D is not the same tool as Delta or PC.
