I always seem to forget, since it's not something I need all that often, but can anyone remind of who on here sharpens barrel trimmers? I have three that are seriously dull and could use sharpening...

I sharpen my own. It is very easy and can be done with a diamond file. It keeps them working great. I do both my 4 and 6 sided mills. I follow instructions that I got from the article in the library. Check it out.

Right..the trick for the average joe to sharpen those is to file down the flat leading edge of each tooth. This way you do not disturb the length of each tooth or the angle of each tooth.

I bought one from Nolan and don't have to mess with it----used it for several 100 blanks and still going strong.
He just got a fresh patch in----Money well spent
before someone ask---------No Nolan desn't even know I posted this ---yet.
