Who needs a Metal Centerband?

I am not a fan of Slim Lines but I do like to modify them with a contrasting centerband of wood or acrylic.

I ditch the center bands also. Nice touch.
Try making the lower barrel a little longer to mimic the Euro.

I do like yours, but would suggest a contrasting (white?) veneer between the bands and the blanks. I also like a metal ring (not a band) . I'm with you on the stock bands.

That is what I was going for and used a wrong bushing. Next ones will be more like it .
