Who made the rest?

Ok, we've seen all the entries, and the winners have been named, but who made the rest? In every contest, there were very nice pens (and photos) that didn't win a prize. Will we get to know who entered them?

For the contest I ran (Russ Fairfield) I took the position that non-finalist entrants should make their own choice as to whether they want their identity made public or not.

In the Russ Fairfield contest, those who wanted to go public posted their pens and additional thoughts in the "Did I Finish Last?" thread. All those who opted in were also shown their finish position in the poll. Pictures start around page 5.
