I took some shots when using the 45 degree jig and some patterns achieved.
The turned barrels are earlier attempts and only there for scale.

Is it me, or are your assembled bricks getting more precise at the joints? To my eyes, the answer is a definite YES! Great work Alan.
Mark, the ones that I showed before were not so uniform as I think my jig was not the most accurate. I tweaked the jig and put in a new thin kerf blade, and am now getting a lot more uniform pieces. I still pursue tighter joins!!!
