Which Alumilite for casing cofee beans

I am placing an order with alumilite very very shortly and i wanted to pick up some to cast coffee beans in any suggestions

I believe the ones who do the coffee beans are using the white. I'm sure someone will pop in shortly....

I use the white.

The white is fine if all you want to cast will be white. If you want to cast other things get the Clear (not the Water Clear) and the white tint, and maybe some of the other colors so you can change color if you want.

As long as it's not water based. Check with Curtis if you don't want to order the one's Alumilite sells.

yes, you can use white oil base paint to dye clear to be white, but also you can dye the white alumilite to be other colors. You can use oil base paints to alter the colors of the white alumilite but the control of color is not quite as good and you can't get any real translucence like you can with the clear.
