Where to find navy blue pigment

I looked at Coastal but did not see any. What I need is a navy blue and silver blank for our HS lacrosse team
any suggestions. I would even purchase a blank if need be

You can add small amount of black to the blue and darken it. I could also make the blanks for you. Id just need either a link to the schools website or a picture so I can have a color reference
