70 deceased, none in the Vietnam war. 5 of them were close friends in school.
81 have registered on the web site.
16 of those including 3 women have had military service.
60 of us still live in California and most in and around Sacramento
5 live in Foreign Countries
The rest in other states.
Half of us have some type of College Degree including 5 PHD's.

50 years has equalized us and we are balding, white haired and over weight.
50 years has also healed wounds as most of us are attending the reunion in the fall.

For that period of time we had a very diverse class racially, with minority class officers during the 3 years of high school. We just didn't understand about the racial issues in other states during that time, although looking back there were even in Sacramento, they just weren't' as out in the open like other places.

I can say that the past 50 years haven't been boring when you look at the history of this time. Just think I have live through Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Regan, Bush 1, Clinton, Bush 2, and Oboma. Also at least 4 recessions and 4 Earth Quakes.

Interesting post Tom. I went to my 40th last weekend. We only had 38 graduate in our class, and only 10 showed up for the banquet. We really didn't get too organized, and the event was called an alumni banquet where all the classes could attend. Surprising to me, one gal was there for her 75th year reunion. I had a blast.
