Where can i get stabilized wood blanks?

I think you will have to provide the wood and have a stabilizing service do it.

IF you found the chunk you are looking for, the next question would be which direction do you want the grain?

If the grain is "face" grain, why not buy a 4/4 board and cut your pieces?
 
Good luck finding off the shelf quality professionally acrylic infused pieces in that size. Not all so called "stabilized" wood is created equal so keep that in mind. Good advice cutting your own wood and sending it off for impregnation, but remember garbage in garbage out. It's not a magic process so only send high quality wood. It is expensive for quality custom service.
