] I will add my thoughts on your career change since I didn't on the other thread. From my own experience in trying to determine God's will as I faced decisions about moving to different places of service, I always came to a sense of peace about each one. In the times I didn't get a sense of peace, I didn't move. My experience is that God will use many things to give you affirmation that your decision is in line with his will. Sometimes it is the help of others, or a random experience, or confirmation from His Word as you read. But regardless of the method, it always was accompanied by a sense of peace that it was right. So, my prayer for you is that God would give you His affirmation of peace as you make your decision.

Write the word "Advantages" at the top of one column and "Disadvantages" above the other. Then, start listing. By the time you finish the list, you'll arrive at a soundly thought out decision. [
