What was the guy's name and store on ebay that was sell the collet chucks and inserts??? I bought set from him and was needing a few larger ones for 1" and 1-1/4" if they make them. Thanks in advance.

If you are headed for the ER 32 -- 3/4 inch is about the top size. ER 32 is the size that fits the Beall and a couple of the other collet chucks.
 
Randy is right and am sorry to read if Ken is right. That is the set I have. Will check with him tomorrow. Thanks guys. I need to bookmark that site again.
 
Sorry, John; but Ken is exactly right. ER32 collets max out at 3/4" or the metric equivalent.​


If you want more capacity, you will need to get a new chuck that handles ER40 collets and even that may not satisfy your needs. From what I can find ER40 collets have a max grip size of 1.1812" which is a bit less than 1-3/16". (30mm) Bigger than that you will have to go to ER50 collets which go up to about 1-5/16". I think both of those sizes are going to be very expensive. You probably need to be looking at a scroll chuck for holding larger work.
