My SIL had a 135 lb female that thought she was a lap dog.I would sit & pet that dog for hours. She was such a nice girl but she suffered from arthritis and got to where she was in so much pain they had to put her down.
I wish you the best and hope you guys have many years together filled with happiness.
First is Mocha, the spoiled rotten brindle boxer......
How would you like this on your doorstem on haloween?

Then comes Zebo, when he came to us he was infested with flea's & ticks. we had to shave him down but he's a happy and healthy 13 year old St. Bernard - Husky mix.
I also have a big fat black cat and two of those little rubber spined rodents known as ferrets.
The large one is mine and the smaller one belongs to my daughter. Photo is a couple of years old now but still representative. Suede is a rescued lab mix and Stevie is a cross between a chihuahua (sp?) and a rat terrier.
Suede is the one responsible for the chewed molding going dow the stairs.[]
Unfortunately, it will be a male. I truely wanted a female as her use of the facilities is easier on a boat. I will just have to teach him to use the pedistal.
They were all so wonderful, I would take them all home. It looks like around Feb 19th that I will be getting her.
I have to share the photo booth, cat has determined that when i turn on the lights it turns into her personal sun room. She just walks over and climbs in, doesnt matter if i have a pen in there or not.
Then she doesnt move until i turn off the lights............
Good thing the 90 lbs lap dog doesnt know this.
after looking at the preview, it looks like she takes a better picture thatn the pen, mabey the camera has always been too close to the pen..will have to test.
Some of the time she can be real friendly but you will never see that if either of my boys are around and what ever you do, don't step in the direction of one of them.
Don't let anything hit the floor in HER shop either cause it will disappear in the blink of an eye.
What are you doing with my dog?? I actually have the same dog and I know what you mean by if it hits the floor it will disappear. Mine is the same way. She doesnt like strangers either no matter who you are.
Blue Heelers are great breed. I used to own one (saved from the pound) and he has amazing energy. Very loyal and intelligent too.
My neighbor has a Pecan tree and he (BLUE) will collect, crack, and eat all the pecan he can get his paws on. Once all the nuts in our side of the fence are gone...our chihuahua (LEXY) will sneak in the neighbors area and collect the nuts for BLUE to crack...they always share and makes a great...no perfect...partners in CRIME LOL.
Right now I don't have any pets...except some gold fish. []
No, one is more than enough for me thats for sure. They are great guard dogs. She watches my mother like a hawk and is always by her side but I must say it is odd that yours wont ride in a truck. Heck mine is affraid of the dark and has a night light which is pathetic I must say.
Dario,
Sounds like you definetly have the perfect partners in crime thats for sure.
My oldest daughter is on the right with her lab. I'm not really much of a dog person but that is one great dog. Smart, loyal, won't dig or chew, etc. She loves to hang out in the shop when my daughter is not home (dang boyfriend), but bothers my daughter because the sawdust really shows on a black lab.
My youngest daughter is on the left with a rare breed we refer to as a "fuzzy stupid". It's a cute dog but really dumb and afraid of it's own shadow. However, she loves my daughter and she loves the mutt. Got it from a rescue organization, had been found abandoned and badly injured.
When the girls and their dogs move out someday we will probably get another dog. My wife wants another cocker spaniel but I would rather a real dog like a collie or another lab.
