WHAT DID I DO?

All of a sudden, every time I post in a thread it automatically gets added to my subscriptions list. Why? I can't find where to turn this off.

go into user cp and under subscriptons switch off instant notification on those threads that you don't want updates on http://www.penturners.org/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions

Thanks, I changed it to do not subscribe. I thinks that was the problem.
