What a week and it's only Wednesday...

I got to work Monday to find out the company that I have been working for for the last 2 1/2 years has folded. I am staying on for a couple of weeks to finish the project that I was working on for another contractor. Then on Tuesday I walked out of a job interview to find out that my dad was at the ER with his blood sugar over 600. The meter stops at 600 and just says go to the ER. Now he is in ICU but will probably come home later today. Now it's Wednesday and I hope there are no other SURPRISES!
I guess like the old saying says "this too shall pass".
