NEW YORK (AP) -- Two men wheeled a dead man through the streets in an office chair to a check-cashing store and tried to cash his Social Security check before being arrested on fraud charges, police said.

I read this earlier and let me say, the world is full of all kinds of idiots. BUT, how the #@$@ do 2 grown men decide to pack up the dead guy and go try and cash his check. Then leave him outside for the world to see and come back to get him when the check casher wants to know where the guy is.

Come on people. There really should be castrating laws to help make sure idiots like this don't breed.
